To think about (what he said)…

  • Study context and highlight everyday phenomenon but re-evaluate it through augmented reality (AR)
  • Think about how people “warm” spaces: and how the traces might translate this “warmth” or how they might “cool off”
  • take advantages of small windows of opportunities to show overlap
  • how can we deposit information into this augmented layer
  • explore the filter between reality 2.0 and web 2.0
  • explore how gestures can give reality or identity
  • recording information and gestures requires a level of control (filter?)
  • what are the limitations?
  • how can the user plug into traces?
  • what does it allow user to perceive of previous user? see, hear, etc.?
  • look at how social traces and exchanges are applied to physical changes in space
  • explore rhythms of particular spaces
  • define the context
  • explore overlaps in different types of spaces and the impact it might have to help determine a space
  • answer one question that could not have been answered 10 years ago
  • think abstractly about what we are dealing with
  • slice it up in different ways
  • feed both sides of your brain
